Principal's Corner

I enjoy working at Andalusia Junior High School because I am able to execute my mission, “Doing what is best for students.” I believe it is important for your children to know their administration, and I will work diligently to make this happen. You will frequently find me at lunch with the students, or in classrooms. I hold myself accountable for being a visible presence in the classrooms, hallways, and at extra-curricular events.

As part of my mission I want to be available for both you and your child. Please feel free to stop by and have lunch with your child, volunteer, or simply say “hello”. As a parent myself, I realize the importance of a positive school experience. Communication between the school and home is vital! No concern is too small or too large if it involves your child. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever have any concerns or questions. We at AJHS strive to maintain a child-centered environment. I recognize that you are entrusting us with your most valuable possession – your child.

Once again, I look forward to working with the parents, students, and staff of Andalusia Junior High School. Together we will ensure that your child has a positive learning experience throughout the middle school years.
